IT DEPENDS. Rolling shots w/ a buddy driving his car, and him in the passengers side taking pics then yes. He doesnt have a RIG. I have another friend that has a built up rig too & takes awesome photos as well, only problem is he'll charge you :P Here's an example of his work

So did he take those shots for you for free? I don't mind paying for some rig shots if the price isn't too bad.

The still shots were free but that was w/ another buddy of mine. The other friend of mine who owns the rig I have yet to take rig shots with him b/c I have not hit him up yet about it. All I know is if you dont know him that well or @ all he'll charge you. BUMMER. Not too certain about the prices i remember him telling me but i 4got
