Well,

I am not able to go back into the area for two weeks. I just took my G Sedan to the body shop to have those key marks repainted. After I get it back, the car will go back to West Houston Infiniti for the 25th + time for those wonderful rattles. Ugh

Have I ever mentioned that I really hate Infiniti?

 

Ya Infinti can be a pain, i know how it feels to keep going and going. Gets kind of annoying.

 

I'm already past that. It's too bad Ford Motor Company does not build a cool sports sedan any longer. I would have bought one of those before I got the Infiniti. Besides, I guess Infiniti likes fales advertising. My can does not have a quiet interior like you see on the TV commersials.

 

I dont think i would buy Ford again. My mom has a 03' Expidition which is giving us alot of problems. Wanting to trade it now for a sedan. Gas prices are alot and it takes alot of gas.

I've had 3 Mustang GTs in the past. I could have my father order one right now BUT, I do not want a coupe. I like sedans. I'm really not sure why but, I do.

My father has already ordered (1) Ford GT. Mane dealerships are not even allowed to order 1.

The Lincoln LS I'm in for a few days is nice and quiet. In fact, its too quiet. I was doing 50+ on Wilcrest yesterday w/o even knowing it. Upssss. Good thing I have my passport with me. he he he...

the HKS muffler from mbarrad and have my stock one. I
can't think of a reason to need it since this car is mine, not

hey wassup everyone, sorry I didn't make the mini meet, i overslept that saturday... i did meet g35coupe at that horrible, riced out SW meet. Anyways, I'm down to start a g35 club in the houston area. We really need to. We have so many g35's and no decent meets. It's hard to believe that the South Regional forum is the most lacking in terms of g enthusiast compared to the other regions.

I'm also in the SW area... seems like the only ones interested ones are us in making this happen. Anyways, I've tried numerous times before to get something going. You can even ask SRHTX. Not sure why the South Region is like this. I don't want to give up on this. I have confidence we can get a strong g35 club/meet going on if everyone in here would at least try to show some support in any way possible.

Lets all post here or start a new thread and get ideas on what we can do to get more people to come to the meets, or ideas to make the meet better, things to make people come, etc...

what do you all think?

 

There has to be a place where we could meet-up for dinner on a Saturday evening and NOT across from the Galleria. Somewhere on Westheimer between 610 and the beltway. I am sure we could find a cool place to eat within that area.

They have a pretty big parking lot and serve some of the
best BBQ around. Shiner beer on tap!
For those who don't know, The Swinging Door is located
in Richmond, it's a nice drive out highway 90A.

I think we should take a Vote on where everyone likes to meet up and what they would prefer to eat?

 

For me, I do not like sea food. Also, I can no longer drink due to being in a car wreck causing me to have brain damage. Of well. It's called life in Houston.

If you wish to head to a bar, it would not bother me.

i personally have always like the galleria spot that we usually meet up yet...

 

Here is an idea. IF you like chinese food, there is a very good place on Westheimer & Chimney Rock call Red Pepper. We could all have out vehicles parked right along westheimer and have a meal out doors. That location is as close to the Galleria I wish to meet.

Just a thought.
