Houston/Pasadena Roads

Hello everyone! I'm currently living in PA, but ill be moving to texas for a year in july. Ill be living in houston and commuting to pasadena to work at one of the plants. im currently dropped an inch or two on stock 18's. Im wondering if i'll have issues with the roads down there...

i can handle pretty much any road in philly with the exception of some brutal speed bumps. how are the speed bumps in the city?
ive heard there are potholes, but theyre everywhere so i can avoid them easily.

also... how is the flooding?

pretty much im wondering if i should raise my car to oem or even above oem to get some better ground clearance for the year while im down there. even tho it will not look as nice :/ id rather be safer if necessary.

thank you !

18s and a good suspension should be fine anytime. DFW owners reply tho.
