Hey everyone, just wanted to gauge interest again on a rally or meet for July. I think we need to get a group of us out at one of the local car shows or something so we can all meet up and see everyone's cars. Maybe Saturday night at 1431 or Vans?

I would also be interested in setting up another rally/drive if anyone is interested. I am interested in doing one or both of the above this weekend July 16th or 17th, or Next Weekend July 23rd, 24th. So what does everyone think? I am also open to suggetions for roads for the rally. Post here or PM me with suggestions to keep it on the DL if you want. Thanks!

Hey FAST, unless my wife is in labor or I have been kidnapped, count me in EVERY time you decide to organize a drive. The last one you did was great so I don't want to miss any future ones.

Okay, I have talked it over with LIV and it looks like we are going to plan the rally/drive for either Saturday July, 30th or Sunday July 31st. Let me know which day and what times are best for you. Liv and I are going to go test some new roads this weekend. If anyone has any suggestions for what roads to do the rally/drive on, please let us know. I hope everyone can make it out with the advanced notice. Spread the word!

 

I would prefer Saturday and would think it would be easiest for most people to schedule. However, if it is on Sunday, I will still plan to attend if it is early like last time. I don't mind meeting earlier either.

 

Blah... wouldn't you know that I'd have the crap luck to be obligated to be at a wedding in DFW on the 30th. \:

 

Spill if we moved it to Sunday morning July 31st, could you make it? Right now we only have 3 of us so a 25% increase may be worth moving it one day If not we will keep it on Saturday, July 30th. By the way, anyone else reading this, Liv and I have some good roads on the rally list! You won't want to miss this rally/drive/meet etc...... Hope to see you there!

 

and maybe we can skip the sheriff part of the trip this time. two can get away, a group would be much harder to conceal. our hiding place would be pure mud right now also.

 

i just moved to austin. i would love to come but my car is pretty much bone stock. and i think i'll be moving into my new place that weekend so i'm not sure if i'll be able to make it. please keep me posted though.

Dunno, man... possible, since the wedding's Saturday afternoon, and I think our intention at the moment anyways is to head back here on Saturday evening, but it depends on what happens at the "reception", I suppose.

I can't sign my name in blood at the moment, but I'll offer up a "maybe" in the meantime I suppose.
