Detailer in Austin, TX?
I'm looking for a detail shop I can take my car to every 6 months or so in Austin, TX, preferably near the Arboretum or near 620 and 2222. I'd like to have the exterior waxed, and don't trust myself to do it correctly or efficiently.
I also have a clear-bra, and need to go somewhere where they won't damage that.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

It's not only cheaper but better to do it yourself. Even if you think that you'll mess it up, I'd personally atleast try to do it yourself. You'll not only get to spend some time with your car but you'll more than likely be more careful and pay more attention to details than someone else would.
If not, I'll do it for you!!!
Oh, and what the hell is this about Norman, OK under your location!?!?!?! Don't even think about driving that damn Soonermobile down here to civilized society!!!!
That's pretty generious, but i guess it can be expected from an austonian. I agree with doing the cleaning to your car yourself, but also I can understand about not wanting to spend the time..laboring, and sweating while you could pay someone else to do it for you. I (GF included) do all the cleaning to my G, but curious myself if there is a reputable detailing company in the area as well... anyone?
After the first couple weeks of performing waxes on my G, I find quiet addictive now, and somewhat can't wait till the next weekend to giver her another shine. Okay is there such a thing as to much waxing?
