Can anybody recommend any reputable clearbra shop in the Houston area other than the dealerships???

 

Anyone hear about VentureShield by VentureTape? This shop I talked to carries both this brand and 3M but they say they would recommend it over 3M anyday.

 

Hey tom...go to executive motoring boutique...the do good work...can be a little pricey but definitely get what you pay for

 

I checked out Xpert/Houston Tint and they seem to be pretty good. Executive motoring got some bad reviews on some of the message boards when I did a google search.

 

Oh ok..they did my tint and it worked for me...i guess you can't satisfy everyone...Xpert is that on 59 by Wilcrest or West Belfort?

 

xpert did my lip spoiler a few weeks ago (clear bra film), the rest was done at the dealer before i picked the g up. xpert is right at 59 and beltway 8

I just bought my G35 and am currently looking for a place to get the 3M bra. North Houston Infiniti quoted $795.00 for the entire front (i.e., front bumper, 1/4 piece of hood, headlights, fenders, and side mirrors)

Southwest Infiniti quoted $495.00 for just the front bumper and hood.

Dr. Jones, I have negotiated a price of 350 for front bumper and mirrors at Xpert tint ( which does all the work for SW infiniti ). Just go to them and they will quote you the same price as sw ( 475 ) but tell them that NH infiniti agreed to do it for 350, and they will price match it. My car wont come in till end of november, but one of the guys from the group buy should get his car in a week. He will prolly do it there also.

 

^^How long does it take to do it there? I want to get my mirrors, front bumper and part of my hood done.

 

A few hours, he said he could do all 3 cars in our group buy in one day.

 

well count me in for the group buy for sure!

I definitely recommend Xpert....I was there over with one of the other guys from our 06 G35 group buy getting tint on it and saw some work firsthand on a new miata. You would have to look hard to see if its even on there. They are going to do the clear bra on the car tomorrow. I definitely recommend Xpert to everyone who wants to tint/clear bra their cars.

 

yeah thats me with the 06 getting work on it tomorrow morning....ill take pics and let you guys know how it looks.....and i got the tint done there today...very nice....pics up soon
