Anyone in Albuquerque or western NM?

Lonely here in Holbrook, it is too hot to go to Phoenix right now and there are no G's in my area. Anyone want to hook up? Gallup is only an hour from me.

Holbrook? I'll bet that's lonely! Is that were the TeePee motel used to be? I always got a chuckle out of that!

yup that's it. it is lonely but because of that I can hit 130 EVERY day on the way to work. I can drift thru the stoplight (one of two) in the center of town whenever there are no cars

130 huh? Don't those Arizona State Cops keep an eye on you? LOL! I know on I-25 south of here, there is a lot of open space, and you can see forever, it's a good place to "open it up"

no the interstate is too heavily watched but the two lane roads have wide shoulders and are in pretty good shape there is one over near Winslow that is about 16 miles and then dead ends at a hiking trailhead. once you drive it in and then out, you can go 0-whatever as you have 16 miles of straight to speed up and then slow down. I made it to the end in a little more than 10 minutes once.

There are a lot of wide open roads in this state too, but also a lot of twists and turns if you're not on the interstate. That road sounds perfect for a speed test! Of course, if you are the governor here, you can go 110 on I-40 through Albuquerque, for "security reasons" Geez, and it was in heavy traffic!!
