What is the cost to get in? Also, how many cars show up to run?

I'm not sure if I will have a chance to go since I have to go to one of my companies landfills.

8-10 to run, I forget how much to just watch.
Last few times I've gone there has been up to 50 or 100 cars there.

Someone did not arrive to the location in Baytown. After I arrived, the location was closing for the night.
