Looking for comments on Clear Lake Infiniti.

I bought my car from them but have yet to take it there for service. My 3,700 miles service will be do in about 2 weeks.

Are they mod friendly? Who is the best service rep to see?

I bought my car there and have no issues with the service guys. Well except them saying they checked all my tires air pressure, which they didn't.

I usually work with Sam, and he is friendly, but not too knowledgable (which seems par for the course). All I have is a Z-tube and motordyne spacer - but I don't have my engine cover on, so they probably can tell I have the spacer, but have never said anything.

I guess it depends on what you do to the car.

Well my car is stock right now but I always like to know for future reference.

I'm just curious if they would put my 350Z springs on for me and not give me any grief (i.e. warranty issues) about it?

I'm getting all my suspension work done next week - but not by the dealer. I don't think I'd let any dealer in town do it. Although, homie might know if his dealer is any good.

Rule of thumb - never let the dealer work on your car.

I asked the dealer what they charged to swap out my springs and they said 2hrs per corner. So he said 8hrs.

Are they smoking crack?!?! OMG... It's not even a 2hr job from start to finish. lol... "stealership" at it's best!

WOW!

LOL - sounds typical for the stealership.

Oh I got the same BS when I inquired about having my suspension swapped out for the sport tuned one. They wanted 1.5 hrs per corner at $110/hr.
I took my car to Woodlands Performance & Suspension and they did it in less than 2 hours at a cost of $200.
