North Infiniti Collision Center

Has anyone taken there car here yet? I just dropped my car off to get my car fixed from a small accident and heard a guy tell his horror story about their collision center. I hope he was an isolated case!

Omg whatever you do dont take it to them. You would be better off taking a belt sander to it and using some rustoleum spray paint

I took my car their (under a total lapse of sanity and not my usual body shop) b/c someone hit my driver side rear quarter panel.

Well they got the dents out but thats the only good part. The stuff they use to cover up the rest of the panels is made by 3M and the adhesive stains clearcoat. Then im guessing they took whatever pad they use to sand wood with and used it to polish the car to make it all "purty". Well the ENTIRE car looked like it was about 30 years old now. Thanks alot you just ****ed over my brand new $38,000 vehicle.

After 6, yes 6 consequent visits they have yet to fix it. So i took it to my body shop and had the whole car re cleared.

I would have brought my attourney into it but with the widebody kit going on, everything is being repainted anyways so im not going to waste my time anymore.

**** YOU NORTH INFINITI COLLISION CENTER, **** YOU

Wow. Sorry to hear that meatbag.

Thing is that I brought my wife's FX for some minor repairs and in the process of repairing it, the broke a corner of the taillight. Although the didnt dispute it and replaced the entire taillight, I was concerned. Thinking that since they corrected the mistake, I would give them another chance. I recently got into a nother minor accident with my G and brought my car to them yesterday. During the ride to Enterprise, I listen to another guy complain about how they totally f'd a windshield repair and after 6 weeks, the had to bring it back a 2nd time to get all the stuff they messed up corrected. He got me scared so that's why I posted this. It appears that they have a reputation that isn't so good. I'm extremely worried now and don't know what to do about it. I initially decided to go there thinking that its a "Infiniti" owned body shop hoping they knew how to take care of the car a little better then say South Nissian's body shop, but it appears that that doesn't matter much.

I guess I might have to go to church tonight

that sucks, but why dont you take it to say a real body shop? try Modena Autowerks or JC Autobody. Both of which i use, and ive had nothing but outstanding work from both of them
