Which Atlanta dealer fixed your warranty rattles?

I have a 05 sedan with about 6,000 miles. I also have a creaking driver's seat (tsb) as well as three windows that rattle at various times (too often). I was just wondering if anyone has had the same issues, if so, which dealer fixed the problems? I am hoping to avoid multiple visits to the dealer to get these items fixed. Purchased the car at Roswell Infiniti, but would rather go to Nalley Infiniti due to location if possible. Any service department success stories in regards to rattles?

I have only had my car serviced by Roswell Infiniti, using Jamie Miller as my service advisor. He has been very nice to deal with, and has applied both easy (silicone) and more involved (bolt replacement) window creak solutions to my car. I still have one window (or door?) rattling, which I will ask him to look into at my next oil change. Fortunately, my seat has not started to creak (yet). I have not been to Nalley even though they are closer to me also because I am not fond of any Nalley dealership.

Thanks shaigh. Did Roswell Infiniti have a problem "reproducing" or "duplicating" your creaks/rattles when being serviced? Also, do you know how much Roswell Infiniti charges for a synthetic oil change?

No, they were able to hear it each time and didn't balk at trying to fix it. They also tried the silicone treatment first because it was less invasive than the bolt-replacement solution.

Sorry, I'm still on dino oil, so I haven't asked a price on synthetic.
