How is Atlantic Infiniti?

Has anyone here purchased a car from Atlantic Infiniti? I'm wanting to trade in my Prowler on a G35 Coupe and was wondering what kind of experiences people have had at this dealer. Thanks.

of Jacksonville?

I can only describe my experiences with them as horrible... of the several dealers i've talked to/dealt with they are by far the worst.... very shady operation.

They are the only Jacksonville dealership and their management and staff all have a terrible "we are the only dealership in Jacksonville" attitude to match.

I suggest the SC dealership listed on the Infiniti website or Roswell/Infiniti or Gwinett in Atlanta.

I've also heard the horror stories from Atlantic but my experience was fine.

I knew what I wanted and at the time there was no dealing for the G35 coupe. I was there for about 30 minutes to place my order so they didn't really have any time to **** me off.

My experience with the sales side of the house was pretty good, although my service dept. experience has been a little rough. Last time i visited though, it was better.

BTW, rw the gold is gone. After seeing yours at Outback that night, i had to take it in. Looks a lot better now.

No, not too sure I'll be going with the CC. Want the alum. pedals first. Right now the rubber pedals sweak too much when my shoes are wet, so hopefully the aluminum pedals won't, and i'll spend the $70 on those.

ahhh... pedals are def the priority...just FYI, i was just on grubbs' site and i think i saw the cover was on special & they were giving a free lock with purchase of it.

I think i'm gonna get one of those carpeted trunk mats next.

redwillow - have you got those side bumper lights rewired as turn signals yet? I think this is a great idea.

superdoppler - regarding Atlantic Infiniti, they are the only dealership in NE Florida and they know that a lot of people are going to buy from them because it's convenient, regardless of the level of customer service they receive. That said it all depends on how you feel you are being treated by the dealership/salesman. It never hurts to shop around. There is a dealership in SC that is located just outside of Savannah. I spoke to them on the phone and was very impressed. I have also heard good things about the dealership in Melbourne. I ended up buying mine at Atlantic because of the convenience factor.

actually, not yet..... but i'm pretty sure i'm gonna do it soon.

I'm sort of waiting on my right angle drill to come in, so it will be easier to pull the bolts from the bottom of the wheel well cover. I'm also debating whether or not to put the OEM bulbs back in the clearance lights. Since i'll have to put the amber bulbs in my clear corners for the turn signal mod. Decisions, decisions!

The sales department is okey and actually got my car delivered in 2 1/2 months. As far as the service department is concerned, I agree with redwillow -it seems like they lack experience. Since they're the only one in town, you're kinda stuck with them.

redwillow

I ordered a Skyline trunk mat and thinking of selling my OEM trunk mat (with G35 logo and like new condition.) If you're interested, let me know -I'll give it to you at a bargain price...lol.

Re: How is Atlantic Infiniti?

FLgirl, which dealership in SC did you talk to? I'm going to be in Atlanta this weekend looking for G35 Coupes and I wouldn't mind driving a little further to get a good deal/service. Atlantic Infiniti almost seems like they're not interested in selling me a car. I brought an 01 Prowler up there for trade and they keep coming up with excuses on why they haven't called me back with a trade in price. Thanks to everyone who replied.

Re: How is Atlantic Infiniti?

It was Key Infiniti in Hardeeville, SC. Can't remember who I talked to but I think I contacted them through their website first. Should be closer than Atlanta, just outside of Savannah. Good luck.
