Hello and whats up everyone. I came on over from 6mt.net to share info and meet new people. Anyways I will be moving to Raleigh in mid May from Tulsa and I am wanting to see who all lives around that area. My fiance (we are getting married may 11th) and I wont have any friends out in that area so we are wanting to meet some new people. Looking to meet lots of new friends and go for a cruise around the city, or even have a BBQ. We just bought a house in the brier creek area and are very excited to move out there. I am not sure if there are ever meets in Raleigh. They always seem to happen in Charlotte. But that doesnt mean we cant start having them now.

its not all that bad just not as much to do as san fran. my wife and i havn't really live the night life here but only been to a few pub/clubs in the downtown area. just like you we're still exploring the area and trying to make friends too.

I don't think there is much happening as far as the night life in Raleigh. I've been up there a couple of times and nothing compared to Charlotte. Charlotte is only a couple of hours away but is so much more fun. There are so many clubs, bars, and other crazy stuff to do on the weekends. As far as shopping for your girl she might like the area more because of the stores like Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and other little boutiques around town. If you ever decide to head down towards Charlotte give me a holla and I'll show you around town.
