Dont ever go to Infiniti roswell
Well. I drive g35c manual, and my car makes this weird rattling noise fromt right front corner.... So i went to the dealer this morning to get them checked. Dealer guy went test driving with me and He HEARD the freaking rattling sound and all he said was "DOnt worry manual cars always make that rattling noise and he didnt even take my car to service center to take a good look at it......
They are courteous to people who wants to buy cars but not to the customers who return with problems.

I had a good experience there test driving a G35c 6MT. If a tech said that to me, I would say "Good. Then you should know how to fix it. Fix it now." and I wouldn't leave until it was fixed. No new car should rattle.

Did you speak with the service manager there? the general manager? ask for the owner?

let me tell a lil story about Troncolli.
I called to check if they had a specifc car in stock. They told me they did. I checked the infin website to see if it was listed. It wasn't. I called back to confirm that they infact had the car i was looking for. I was assured they did and told, " i'm looking at it right now, it is parked right out front."... suspecting BS, i sent my brother over there to look at it. Sure enough, they did NOT have it. Guess its a good thing i didn't drive 10 hours to buy it based on what i was told.

Their sister dealership Gwinnett Ifiniti Suck too. They gave me a car that was cosmeticaly flawed. There were chips on the rear bumber and the rear wheel was scratched and the detail job looked like it was done in 3 min flat.
So i got a "we owe you" form and took it back to get the chips fixed and the wheel replaced.(which by the way i only saw the next day and they almost did not take responsability) and to have their sticker removed from the back of the car ( i don't remember getting a discount for free advertising) when i asked the saleman why they put their sticker on my car the responce i got was " I didn't know you didn't want it" my responce was "was it there when it came from the factory" No then why the hell would i want your sticker on my car. so they removed the sticker and by doing so took chips of paint off my trunk lid and then tried to pass it off.
So i had to take the car back again for 3 more days without my brand new car "at this time was only 10 days old and had only had it a total of 2 days to drive. There's more.
When I got back the car the 2nd time there were now 2 small dings on the rear passanger door!!!! What the???? so now i will be taking the car the again this Thursday to get the Dings removed(have not had time till now) and the bumper resprayed again because they screwed it up the first time (there are tiny streaks in the paint).and all i get is attitude from the service manager from problems they caused.Next time just give your customer a brand new perfect car without stickers on it. I just hope that my G comes out right this time.(Fingers Crossed) Oh and all i got for my trouble was a free oil change. Yipeee that makes it all worth it.

haha infiniti of gwinnett is the WORST dealership i have ever seen i live about 5min from it and went there first i saw a nice fully decked out silver coupe with everything but nav they started at $37,537.00. After bargaining they said they would take off 37 dollars and make it $37,500.00 even. I go to TRONCALLI infiniti and told them i found the same car in black (my color preference) they said $35,000.00. I told them gwinnett was giving me $35,000.00 even though they were not. Troncalli went ahead and decided to give me $34,800.00 and all this included tax tag and title. Loved my sales experience although when i took it back to get it detailed I didn't apreeciate the 3 hour wait. But hey I refuse to take my car to Infiniti of Gwinnett.

but they did not have the car I wanted and asked me to give them $1500 deposit to get it in, i felt that this would make it hard for me to get a good deal considering they had $1500 of my money already and i did not have the upper hand. And they were adimant about it too. So i went to another dealer who had the car on thier lot. No brainer why pay a deposit and wait for the car when it's on another dealer lot. Especially when you consider that i would have landed up paying that $1500 more for the car. There's no way i would have gotten that back they would have built it in somewhere.
