Sup guys... and ladies too I guess.

Having several friends with 350Z's I've noticed that they have built quite a collection of "girls on a Z" pictures. Whereas the G35 seems to be lacking this love. Oh sure, there ARE pictures out there, but I can't find near as many for the Infiniti's as our Z brethren. I can't tell if it's because they're stingy with their models, or if they are just a more outspoken group... like their cars.

So I'm putting out a feeler here. I have connections to models, both professional and amatuer/aspiring models, as well as other professional photographers besides myself.

Who would be interested in pitching together some cash ($10-$20-$25 a piece? Depending on how many people etc), hiring some bikini/lingerie models for a couple hours, and getting together for a photoshoot and just spend a couple hours getting photos of girls on individual cars, group shots of cars with girls, and just in general getting some more professional style pictures of our rides, rather than cell phone pictures.

Only one rule, NO TRYING TO TAKE THE MODELS HOME!!! lol

If there is a serious interest I can actually put out a casting call and depending on the response from models we can hand-pick which ones we would like to hire based on look, experience, and how much we're willing to pay.

There are several different ways we can work this as far as where we gather (B'ham, Atlanta, Nashville,) and ranging from true models, to girls in bikinis that are looking to have some cool myspace pictures. Just depends on the response by the G owners.

Hey, you should get with Sharif at Forged Performance and find out when the next Open House is going to be. They seem to do one about every 6 or 8 months. You could get some girls together and go over to the Open House and just charge a little for the pictures.

For some general car people you could likely get something for one of the dyno days around here local. There is one in Trussville and one in T-town. The one in T-town is looking at a dyno day in October last I heard. Same kind of deal as with Sharif where you might could make a few dollars doing something in conjunction with the other event.

Well, that's the point. I'm not trying to make money, just get some cool pictures for the G owners out there. If we all pitched in it would be for the cost of the models only. Hell, if someone knew a bunch of sorority girls who are willing to get into skimpy clothing then we could do it for free. But I only have connections with girls that have experience, and generally they charge a little bit. I could get the prices down to $25-$50 per girl for a couple hours, but I'm not much of a random "pick up a chick on the street and turn her into a model" type guy. I leave that to the 350Z owners.

I'd shoot for free just because that's one area lacking in my portfolio, and I'm a car guy, so it doesn't make sense for me NOT to have these shots. :/

You know, I also have access so some "built" guys and could get one just for you. LOL

 

Bah, doesn't make sense why we can't do that, BUT WITH G35's!
I'm tired of the 350 getting all the attention, damnit.

By the way, I had to watch it like, 12 times. lol

 

If we don't get enough folks, I'll just do a TFP with some models and have a couple locals get in on it for free.

Wanted to focus the love on the G35 though if I could!

My sister knows a bunch of girls who would likely pose for picture like this for free but from the way she talks about them, I would be afraid the car would catch something from them.

Getting a photoshoot together is not hard. Just get up the interest and he'll do this.
