Funny thing was, it was an Alabama temporary tag, which is blue paper. The officer said it was a "blue film over a tag," and didn't believe my friend. Even though he GOT OUT and said "look, look closely... see where it says "Alabama Temporary Tag? That's because my personalized plate hasn't come IN yet. THIS IS WHAT THE STATE GAVE ME."
Got a ticket anyway, didn't feel like driving back to make the court appearance and paid the fine.
Ticket infraction: "Tint over a license plate."
You didnt go to court, just paid the fine. There is a difference, i got 3 of them in cobb county went to court never paid a dime. Different counties do different **** though

What's the point of making it illegal, and making it a citation, if there is NO punishment???

Screw that place. I wish it was in California burning in that fire. They even screwed up court dates, suspended my license, and actually ended up costing me almost $300 for that b.s.
