I just spoke with Mark Plyter and he told me his version of the story. Apparently once you go through the internet department, the floor salesmen can not "take away" their "sales" regardless of whether or not you talked numbers. I left Mark a nasty message and he forwarded it onto his supervisor.
I'm at a loss for why your experience with Mark was anything less than perfect. He told me that he offered to help you work out the numbers and guaranteed the internet department would meet his offer (basically he's working for free because the dealership will not allow him to make a dime off of your sale, I personally think that's BS). If that's not the whole story, then forgive me in advance. BTW, he also told me that they are still planning on honering the referral, so if that extra $125 means anything to you call Mark back and have him run the numbers on your car and trade for you.
Hopefully you'll get the car you want from someone who will work with you.

I received a call shortly after I hung up with Mark from the person who originally called me back from the e-mail I sent them a few days ago. I'm going to drive down there tomorrow morning and see what's up. The story between me and the two dealers I talked to changes everytime I talk to them, but we'll see what happens. I'll report tomorrow whether I got the G35 or not. Thanks for all the help.

I dealt with Dan Kuna at Orlando Infiniti and had a great experience, didnt try any games or BS. I paid invoice (31,7xx) for my 05 6MT sedan with premium pack, plus $94 for wheel locks. Dan is a great guy, definately recommend him.
