Man that really sucks its true though about the hondas around or atleast most of them. I got an )5 Coupe and i think ive met 2 other people that had really clean G's and thats about it. **** the worst thing about memphis is all the mustangs rolling around ha. i'm not from Memphis, but that sucks to hear the race scene has fallen off there. I used to know a bunch of guys that belonged to the memphis underground race forum. They would block off streets and stuff, and go all fast and the furious style. They have videos all over youtube.

 

ohh trust me they still do. They race at rivergate and some other places. Yeah our track just got closed down last week and it was badass but its gone now "Memphis Motor Sports R.I.P". Shibby is the plenum spacer worth getting you think cuz i was thinkin about gettin the kinetix velocity manifold. Have you heard anything about it?

 

The plenum spacer is well worth the money, and if you have a rev-up engine, I suggest also getting the Mrev2 and a basic tune. You'll notice an amazing difference in your car. I actually ordered the cheaper of the two Kinetix manifolds, and got the redesigned V+ plenum from them. I've heard nothing but good things about ehe velocity manifold, I just didnt see spending 700 bucks on a manifold, when a year from now I'll be pulling and building my motor, and then slapping twin turbo's on it.

 

how do i know if my car has the rev up motor. I have an 05 G coupe with a single Injen CAI, its a single intake not the dual one

 

the rev up only comes on the 6 speed coupe, not the auto. and in the center of your gauge cluster at the top between ur tach and speedo it'll say rev lit up in red. The single intake is all the VQ35DE motors, rev-up or not. they didnt go to the dual intake set-up until the 07 G came out with the VQ35HR motor.

hey bro that exhaust is tight i just installed new exhaust on mine as well. i got Topspeed pro 1 exhaust. It sounds so amazing oh my god ha. sounds kinda like a skyline without a turbo.. Ohh, but before, my car unfortunately is an auto but im planing a twin turbo. ive seen my auto run low 12's at low boost. theirs even one running 11.00 flat stock everything he had a powerLab GT37-r single turbo kit. the car had full interior; stock crank, sleeves, ignition, and head gasket and no nos. Ha it also had a 1.57 60ft

Johnnyone: I'm not in Davidson Co. but I'm only about 40 minutes north in Montgomery co. I come to nashville all the time man.

 

Man i always go to nashville hah, my brother lives their. Have you ever been to the import alliance car show? All i gotta say is that it Ballin'. their were alot of nissan cars their, but not to many G's a good amount of 350z's and alot of 240's.

 

I went the year before last. I had the highest hp srt-4 at the show at the time I went. It was electric blue with carbon eyelids, and a set of Drifz polished black deep lip racing rims. I miss that little car, but I love my G. I will definitely have my G all tricked out, and at both IA shows this year.

 

I actually graduated from APSU and had a few classes on FT Campbell base. Post up next time you come here and maybe we can meet up for a beer or something...

 

I'm in Afghanistan for another 7 days, but I'll be home at Campbell for 15 months starting around December 3rd. I'm looking forward to getting as many G/Z's as possible together this spring/ Summer for sure. But anyone that's local I'm all down for hanging out with.
