Problems with your dealership?
Problems with your dealership?
I had more problems with my original dealership, Infiniti of Charlotte, than anyone would believe. Not to mention that there are only 2 Infiniti dealerships in the entire state of NC.
So I started taking my G to a local Nissan place and am very pleased by their service.
Oil changes, alignments, and other basic maintenance is literally half the price of an Inf. dealership. The work is done quickly, without having to deal with a loaner car, and they are willing to put me on the same maintenance schedule as a 350z.
They won't do warranty work (of course) but that's really not an issue.
Anyway, just wanted to pass along some of my experiences. Hope I can same some folks a little money/time.

Hi.
I am also in Charlotte NC, and have experienced 'extreme' issues with Infiniti of Charlotte on Independance Blvd.
If your still monitoring this board, I'd be glad to share with you.

Switch,
What did those shiesters do to you?
Their "Building relationships that last" ocmmercials make me sick to my stomach now.
You should check out Superior Nissan for basic maintenance. They're amazing over there.

btw there are 4 infiniti dealerships in nc.
greensboro, winston-salem, raleigh, and charlotte.
Infiniti of charlotte is by far the worst dealership evar.
i always go to modern infiniti in Greensboro/ Winston-salem they are really good, and are mod friendly. Try going there if you ever want any warrenty work or tsbs.

TO 6MT:
Hi again. Yea, I just sold my 2003 Acura CL-S (Comptech Class). Now I'm in a holding pattern for the 2005 G35.
Anywho, I've visited the Charlotte NC dealership multiple times (they probably know me by name by now), and everytime I ever discussed anything about priceing they always put on this fake smile and say something like 'There is no room for haggling on the G35'.
And thats fine with me, but it's the way they come across. They NEVER FAIL to strike me as quite arrogent and up-etty. It's like they think they are better than me (and everyone else). I feel the sales people talk down to me.
I do not like any of them. And I am not going to buy a car at full retail from someone I do not like. In fact, they ought to have your 19 yr old hostess s*cking my co*k while I'm in their waiting room.
When and if they ever do realize that 'I am a God', and bow to worship me. Then, and only then, would I even consider buying a car from them.
Those piece of sh*ts have know idea how they are very much just skum on the bottom of my shoes.
Thanks for letting me vent!

Re: Problems with your dealership?
Yeah buy your G from somewhere else.
I went in there and tried to haggle with them and they basically laughed at me.
Plus they told me all kinds of lies about how the Satellite radio installation was a simple procedure that wouldn't cost me much, and that my initial $1000 deposit was refundable.
After 2 weeks with a loaner and $700 later, the sat. radio was done.
When I explained to the manager Mark Austin, douche of the universe might I add, that I had been mislead about my sat. radio, he asked me: "Well what do you want ME to do about it?"
I would recommed that you check Raleigh or G-boro. I wish I had known there were dealerships there.
And by the way, if you live in the Char. area, take your G to Superior Nissan (no, I don't work there) for all non-warranty service. They're great.

Re: Problems with your dealership?
I bought my G in Charlotte last November and didnt have any problems. They called several times to make sure I was happy after the sale and have mailed me several hand signed letters, etc. I plan on getting most of my servicing done in Raleigh because I live closer, but wouldnt avoid the Charlotte location. Sucks to hear about you guys problems though.
