Anyone need a Studio Apt in Jacksonville?
I know this is off topic, but its 'regional off topic'. LOL
I have a very nice studio 'garage apartment' I had built in my backyard, and after 2-months its still not rented. It is small, but very nice. Its totally remodled, built in desk, and murphy bed, privated fenced yard and fenced in private parking. Outside patio. Security System. Walking distance to 5-points. $550/month, includes electric, water, cable and monitored security system.
Anyone know of anybody???
