A little help in the Jacksonville Area

I want to change the settings on my stock alarm (04 6mt).

I want to activate passive arming (so it will arm itself automatically), and I want it to unlock both doors when I press the button. I get tired of pressing the button multiple times.

I know this is possible. I read a keyfob post on these forums with the settings, but it said I will need to use the Consult-II. I went to my local Infiniti dealer. They promptly told me that they would charge $150 just to use the machine. That is just crazy. So does anyone know where, other than the dealer, that I can get this done for a reasonable cost? $150 for 2 minutes of service is not reasonable in my opinion.

Thanks

Can't help you much.

But have you tried a Nissan dealership? Should be the same thing, I would think.

I took it to Atantic Infiniti to have service done. They replaced my transmission (twice, and will probably have to do it again... But thats another story). I'll have to talk to one of the mechanics out there instead of the service associate.
