This unit uses the sun's energy to trickle charge and keep battery up to power. It has four powerful suction cups to hold it to a window, and a five foot cord to plug it in. It is in like new condition, hardly used, but tested to make sure it puts out the max 18.8 volts. Max power is 3.2 watts. Current at max power is 170 mA.
