I'd try posting in the regional southeast board. We have a good group of guys in the area. We've started getting some meets together as well. Had 8 G's at the one last Friday. I'm disappointed, I thought I had the only lakeshore slate in the area, LOL, but lkn infiniti had one for sale, is this it?

I just had my exhaust installed at the napa garage up in mooresville, they did a good job, and the guy was pretty knowledgable as well. I haven't had an alignment done on my car, and I probably won't mess with it until I drop. But you'll get a lot better local feedback if you post in the southeast thread.

Why don't you go to the dealer?

I suppose that's good advice if he's just looking for good and proven. And that is all he was asking about.

are you insinuating that the dealer is probably gonna charge a buttload for it?

That's exactly what I'm getting at. But like I said, I haven't had mine aligned, so I can't really say. Generally you're gonna pay more for everything at the dealership.

As long as the garage that aligns it uses the stock spec, I don't see why it would matter who does it as long as it's a reputable garage. I trust the work that they do at the napa in mooresville, and I know they do very good work at CINMotorsports, but I believe that they're pricey. I'd call a few places, ask them if they have any experience with g's, and get an estimate. After a few calls, you should have a good idea as to what a fair price is gonna be. Then I'd factor in the experience with the g's and make a decision based on that.

Dealership wants me to pay a grand for my 60,000 mile service, and half the stuff I can do myself or isn't really even needed yet.
