I took a ride to Charlotte last weekend to check out these guys. I left Raleigh at a reasonable time, but still got stuck in traffic oh...3 times. I made it to their shop after normal business hours and they were still working on a few cars.

They were kind enough to give me a full tour of the facility (store front and shop) and start a car with the vortech install.

Everybody was friendly introduced themselves and didn't seem to rush me off at all.

In a time where good customer service seems to be a machine that you feed money and spits out a receipt...

I truly appreciated this welcome.

Now on to saving this money for my Vortech!
