ZDayZ Attendees may remember Momentum Performance [ www.momentumperformance.com/contact ] as a sponsor of the Car Show and the ZDayZ event as a whole (remember the "the kegs?"). Momentum Performance is currently producing single turbo kits, exhaust systems and and other accessories for the Z33 and G35 coupe.

One of the marketing programs Momentum Performance had in place leading up to ZDayZ and until June 19th was a drawing for "Test Drivers" of their 350Zs, track testing the variations of the turbo kits during the weekend of July 11th & 12th at Carolina Motorsports Park (CMP) in Kershaw SC. The chosen ones are from Virginia & Nevada.

The CMP 11th & 12th track weekend is hosted by Turn One Track Events (CMP's On Site Track Day Group) and some G35 Driver members will be attending the weekend (on track) and others will just be visiting with the folks at Momentum to see how their turbo kits work. G35 Drivers are invited to visit the track and check out the activities surrounding the Momentum Performance presence. At some points the burgers hit the grill on Saturday!

A good day cruise destination for a Saturday or Sunday (Hwy 521/601 [4.5] miles South of Kershaw), it is no charge to get into the track (just sign the usual track waiver) and the facilities are pretty nice.

 

Ill be down one of the two days. Im interested in seeing what this Kit is all about. Im sure Ill get to see yours on the track right?

 

Will be running solo both days with the Turn One Group (1st time with them) so don't know what the schedule will be like yet. Hope to be playing with the Momentum cars some. Won't have the HP they have, but the CMP Track rewards set up, car balance & brakes - something I do have over them. Had added BC ER series coilovers before an event there June 19th-21st with 12kg/10kg springs and once got adjusted, they added substantial time in the long carousel turns.
So yeah... you'll see it on the track ... perhaps a lot!
Will have a garage area, sharing with a stripped down black 350Z w/ big 'ol APC wing on it.
