Re: South FL. Dealers

I guess everyone's experience at a dealer is their own - because I also bought at Schumacher on Okeechobee Rd and had a excellent experience. The sales-guys were really helpful and were willing to do just about anything I asked. As a matter of fact after looking at the G's trunk and seeing the label that states you can place 2 golf bags in - I told them "bulls#*t there's no way!" So they hunted down 2 golf bags to reassure me that it would work and it did. Also, the service dept always completes my oil changes with 30 minutes - I haven't been able to use the replacement car service yet - they've been so quick. Also, surprisingly I've had great service with their body shop. They painted and installed my Stillen Spoiler and charged me less than their quote.
I get follow up calls from them and thank you letters routinely.

So I don't know what to tell you but based on my own experience Schumacher is allright.

Good Luck!

LZ, Thanks for the positive feedback. It's good to hear that someone was treated well at Schumacher Infiniti. I hope you continue to have good service and wish me luck as well. I have heard that Scott has changed owners and is now Broward Infiniti and is in Disarray. Anyway, If we are not happy with the service at one dealer we can always travel to another. Broward Infiniti (previously Scott) is 20 minutes from my home and Schumacher is 40 minutes so if a problem was to arise with the service I could always go to Broward. They probably won't give out a loaner but I'll think positively about my original decision with Schumacher. Who was your Salesman? Thanks again LZ and Chinee for your imput. I'll just have to cross my fingers!

My Sales guy was Bob Hudson but I don't think he's there anymore. There is another guy - I think his name is Ron - he's been extremely helpful and very friendly. He has the big office on the right, behind the finance guy. Good Luck.Later.

Re: South FL. Dealers

well i got mine from scott infiniti now called broward infiniti and lewis rich (the dealer) was awesome. He in no absolute way will screw you. trust me. he, if anything is too pleasing. if you go to Broward infiniti (scott) ask for lewis rich and tell him you heard about him from John Gomez in fort lauderdale. he would get a kick out of it. and by the way, they are expanding and service will be better than ever before i'm sure. John Gomez
