On another note as far as getting other owners together...if we gave the dealership something to pass out regarding us it could start there!

Got a quick question for you Raleigh and surrounding area G owners!

I wannt to get my coupe's windows tinted this summer but i'm not sure where to go, how much it will cost, tint installer experience on coupes..etc.

Has anyone gotten their windows tinted? If so, how much, where from, and did they do a good job?

Myself and several of my friends when we were in our Z06 phase got all of our Corvettes tinited at Formula One in Raleigh on Atlantic. The owner's name is Keith. They usually do top-notch work, but I will say that I had a bad experience with my vette. They had to redo the tint 3 times b/c of a product defect in the Ultimate product. After the third time, they did refund my money. It cost around $300 bucks. Lifetime transferable warranty on the tint, so it is worth a look. Supposed to never fade, turn purple, bubble, etc. Hope that helps.

How spontaneous do you guys feel this week? You know your not going out of town since we all just got back...
So what's up with a small get together at Hooters on Wake Forest Rd. Saturday?

 

As luck would have it, I will out of town this weekend. 1st wedding anniversary on the 12th so the wife and I are headed south.

Lagnaf, my wife is from wilson. We were just up there for Father's day weekend. Looked like I was the only G35 in the whole town. Guess that will not be the case anymore.

I am only aware of one other coupe in Wilson. A girl is driving a desert platinum around town. Wish I could join you guys this weekend but going to a wedding in Nags Head.

 

Unfortunately my grandmother passed this week so I won't be able to attend.
