More FLA fun
I've heard a couple of people mention they have water in their house they can't explain.

Water seeped in there because the rain was coming in horzontal through the soffet.
Pretty much all paint and stucco is not waterproof. I thought.
Sounds like a hurricane problem to me. Though there are probably things they could do to prevent this problem. And her house could cost 20K more. Though we've had three come right over us this season, there hadn't been any in the previous 10 years I've lived here.
