Finally have an opportunity to go to the track this Saturday, 6th. Going to Beech Bend up in Bowling Green, KY; about a 50 minute drive. Weather for Saturday: mostly cloudy, 58 degrees, 71% humidity.

This will be my 1st time at the track with the G and with a manual transmission. I'm very excited! My hope/goal is to be in the mid - to low 14's @ 96 - 99MPH. I say this because my previous 2002 Auto Maxima was able to run 14.6@94MPH. I'm sure I can beat it, but again it's my 1st time at the track with a manual tranny. Also, car is 100% showroom stock.

Gates open at 12 noon and closes at 4PM.

It would be cool to meet some other G/Z owners there.

I'm just north of Nashville - I was up at Beech Bend during the summer, but not for the track (picnic at the park). I've thought about driving up there on a Saturday to let it loose.

What color G? You in Nashville?

I've seen a few around - mostly DG (like mine).

I'm hoping to have a Vortech SC installed by Christmas - just waiting for the wife to give the final green light
