Wes, I am gonna try and be there. If I can get my scratched fixed by that guy Neff used, I can convince my girlfriend to make another trip down there. We had tickets to the play that night and I am looking for any excuse to get the hell outta dodge.

Can you post a pic or PM me a pic of what yours look like. Thanks.
Also, thanks for the offer. I am probably going to be there on Feb 4th weekend. Maybe I'll do it that weekend...depending how long it takes I guess. How many coats did you do? Did you only need one G2 paint kit?

There really isn't much to it, just make sure you get the calipers as clean as possible. If you do go with the G2 kit it comes with a can of brake cleaner but you may want to get an extra one just in case. I also got a round wire brush attachment for my drill to use on the tough spots, but as new as your car is you might be ok without it. my brakes looked brand new doing the wirebrush/cleaner combination.
Todd is right about the dry time, you don't really want to drive for 24 hours after doing it so a group thing might not work. I used 2 coats on mine and it looks good.
As far as black and silver, those would be good safe colors but probably wouldn't be worth doing since the stockers are already silver. Red really isn't that extreme. Some high end sports cars use red calipers as their OEM color. Porsche comes to mind. Who would have thought gold calipers would look good?

I agree, the stock calipers are a decent size and red would set them off nicely if you get clear corners and especially aftermarket wheels. I found this pic and like Jeff said red doesn't look that extreme, it actually matches the tail lights perfectly. I'm still leaning towards silver or black though... Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Porsche calipers are powdercoated just like the Brembos so you can't achieve the same results with the G2
