I am out guys. I have a project to do this weekend. The ONLY reason I chose the project over teh meet was taat if I do good in school, I can get my OWN G35c and not have to look at everyone elses. I almost think it was the "responsible" decision. I hope it pays off in the end.
I was really looking forward to this meet...

How are your grades in school related to you purchasing a G? In my case my grades didn't help any, but I did manage to graduate a semester early in order to get a G sooner Originally Posted by Ianbiz

There will be many, many meets to come...Anyone of any age and with any car is welcome, as long as you're a G35 fan...
...And it seems like we're going to have a couple of sedans too

I am 16 yrs old. And i still live w/ my mom and dad. The deal is if i get all A's or close i get a car. The car is going to hopefully be a G. The only way it wont be is if my decides to get a 745i or somthing else for him/ my mom. That would mean i get the TL.Originally Posted by Finiti35

No alcohol please!! We're going to be in public (if we were at someone's house that's fine but we aren't). Plus I would HATE to hear that someone got into an accident with their G or that anything bad happened..Originally Posted by DiamondGCoupe

FYI, in the future... each "All Florida Meet" will be an alcohol free event. The smaller local meets MUST COMPLY with all local and state laws. This means that alcohol is allowed (but not preferred) if you are of legal age.
Also, the local parks in CFL have a no-alcohol rule, I'm not sure about the rules in SFL, however if Markham Park has a no alcohol rule then you MUST ABIDE BY IT if you're representing the FGC!
(For the record, this Markham Park Meet is NOT an FGC sanctioned event, so Finiti all you can hope for is people will act responsibly).
Should someone get "out of control" or have too much to drink at a FGC sanctioned meet, the POLICE WILL BE NOTIFIED by one of the FGC BOD's in charge.
The club will NOT take on the liability of any individual not obeying the local and state laws.
This is only for the protection of the club, not to single any individual out. At the end of all "OFFICIAL FGC MEETS" there will be an announcement made to signify the end of the meet. From that point on, what ever an individual decides to do on their own is their own personal business.
Hope this is clear and you guys/girls have a really good time at your meet today!
