Thumbs down Avoid Roswell Infiniti!

I took my car in for the TSB Grease streak on the window issue and the 3rd gear grind problem. They fixed the grease issue, and said the grind was most likely due to the clutch. I mentioned how that was unlikely, the transmission has known problems, etc. They said they could tear it down, but if it was a worn clutch, I would have to pay for the work -- I suppose that's understandable. I left to decide whether I wanted to do the work now, or wait until I had ordered an aftermarket Clutch... Here's where the fun begins.

I am sitting in my car the next day, and notice that there is a chunk missing from the silver part of the inner door handle. WTF? They punched a hole through my damn door handle when they took it off. I immediately call them up and they tell me to bring it in tomorrow. I start looking around, and notice they also forgot to replace one of the screw covers, and they scratched my window tint!

I take it back, and point these out to my service guy -- he says he can fix the first two parts, but can't do anything about the tint. He brings out the service manager, and I start arguing with them. In the end, they refuse to fix the tint/pay for the fix because it's an aftermarket part. @!$#@%!! They screw up three things in my car doing a simple job, and then won't cover everything they f*cked up! Avoid these jack-holes at all costs.

Wow.. This is odd. I purchased my G from Roswell Infinit and had a great experience with the sales guys. I have never used Roswell for service though. I always take mine to Troncalli Infiniti because it's closer to my office.

Sorry to hear about the tint and the bad experience. I'll keep that in mind next time I need service. Do you have another dealership you prefer?

They are the only Infiniti dealership I've been to -- I purchased the car used from Sutherlin Nissan. I'm going to try Nalley Inifniti, I heard good things about their service. I'll let you know how it goes!

Roswell Inifiniti said they would call me Monday or Tuesday about the parts, and now it's Thursday and I still haven't heard anything from them. ugh.

Roswell Infiniti Blows! I reported them to Infiniti about their unprofessionalism and lack of concern to their customers. I use Nalley Infiniti and wont go anywhere else.
