Re: Atlanta/Nalley

Yes ... why??? I purchased over a year ago, hopefully they have changed their ways. The sales experience was a royal PIA...

My service experiences have been pretty bad. Out of three scheduled services I have had to return twice for them to correct problems they caused. The first occation occurred when I had the A/C TSB work performed. I had to return because the heater did not work. The next time on a simple oil change, I had to return because of an oil leak. The kicker is I had to waste 4.5 hours for the G to be repaired. They kept telling me it will be 10 minutes.

I will not be returning to Nalley for anything.

Re: Atlanta/Nalley

This dealership sucks and I would never recommend working with them. Period.

Roswell Infiniti has treated me well so far. Glad I made the switch before it was too late.

No experience with Nalley, but great experience with Roswell. No one's perfect, but I've yet to talk with anyone with a serious beef against Roswell Infiniti.

The Gwinnett dealer is okay. I mean, when you first purchase the car they say lots of things to sell you on it, but later you find out the following:

1 - The first oil change is on the house but better remind them
2 - They will wash the car.....if you remind them (when doing an oil change)
3 - Loaners are only for warranty service. Otherwise the most they'll do is take you to work or something.
4 - Customer service assumes that you gave them a thumbs up if you otherwise don't express insatisfaction.
5 - You'll never see your sales rep again.

"And you only paid how much for this car?" Shock & Awe G-35!
