Dealers in So Cal

I thought there was a forum for it but I can't find it......

but yah

South Bay Infiniti: Nice Service Managers, but they do a crappy job, I had to take my car in 4 times within the last 2 months cuz they kept messing up, doubt I am going back there again

Cerritos: They don't really seem to care about your problem and brush you off, not very good customer service there

I have had good luck with Infiniti of Mission Viejo. Might be a bit of a drive for you.

ugh, i hate that place. i don't know who cheryl is, but she may be great, but the old old old dude in service, the tall guy, he's a big *** ***** to me. treats me like crap, and thinks i don't know squat just because i look young. sergio is good but he was better, but i guess too much has been going on but yea. the tall old dude in service is horrible, never talk to him ever. he comes toward you with a smile and a hand, just stray away. he's fing horrible.

I agree with ajum', I got my G at Metro in Monrovia and have to admit that Cheryl is pretty good. If she's not there then defenitely ask for Sergio. Been there for service and a problem that I had with my passenger regulator. No hassles, just make sure you call in advance to make an appointment cuz they are always limited when it comes to loaners.

Kinda depends on what you want done. Their service people have been ok to me, but everything is kinda overpriced. They really want to please and go out of their way to accomodate you within reason. Be aware that they do wash your car so specify if you do not want that done. Also be aware that if you get a loaner, they will charge you a flat fee for gas....something like $5 or $7

picked up my g 10 days ago at metro infiniti in monrovia. cheryl is nice. but terrance is cooler. and if you need servicing, go to andrew in the service department and tell him calvin sent you. he'll hook you up.
