Good Car Wash/Detail Place in Orange County?

Hello All:

Any recommendations on where I should wash/detail my car in Orange County?
I would prefer washing myself, but sometime I just don't have the time.

Thanks.

Be wary of car washes if you have aftermarket rims. Best place is your own driveway.

I wash my car at Frog's on Adams and Beach in Huntington Beach. It's a DIY wash but that place is clean and lots of hot chicks wash their rides on weekends. hehehe.

How does that work? I've never tried it before. You put in some quarters and you get to use water, soap, ...

If you're looking for a good detail shop. There's only one I would recommend as there's only one that has ever touched my 04 coupe. Steve's Detailing in Newport Beach. It's not really in newport, just off the 73 freeway. Just do a search and you'll find the place. All they do are sweeeet cars. Always seeing Ferrari's and Mercs there. it's about $140 i think.

Are you looking for regular wash or full on detail?... Mr. Shine in Costa Mesa on Superior has been highly recommended. Pricey - they are a detail shop though. If you want regular wash you probably won’t find many/any referrals here... I'm not sure one exists that you should fully trust. I know what you mean about no time… it’s hard to wash the car in less than 3 hours (just exterior). Mine has been neglected lately… on the “to do” list today.
