Police report (copy of ticket and his notes ) = Delcaration. Yes you can. Read my post

Wa state. It's on the back of the ticket. There are numerous books on this subject.

I have this bok I found it informative. Don't know how up to date it is now. And of course laws diff by state.

but i have absolutely no knowledge of Jersey laws.
i think your best bet is like my case where the officer just doesn't show up.
the point systems and everything is completely different from Jersey and CALI.

and guys...
when it comes to me and speeding, it's like telling a FOB to stop talkin with an accent.
it can't be helped.
There is no choice for me when it comes to speeding.

I move without knowing, throttle without thinking, see thru slanted eyes...
it's all just natural for me...

can't help it.
it tells u something when u're chirping out of the courthouse parking lot.
crazy but fun.

YEAYUH!!!

I feel you. It sucked hairy ***** to have to set the cruise control at 73 the whole damm way back from Vegas. BTW, I always knew there were a ton of sh#$#y drivers out there, but going the speed limit, it seems MUCH worse.
