depending on what's stated on the ticket.. it could be a numerous amounts of charges:

1) Involuntary manslaughter w/ a deadly weapon (weapon = vehicle)
2) Reckless driving
3) Reckless endangerment

However, I could be wrong lol.. on anything and everything! She could be jailed?.. She could be let off with a major warning (highly unlikely... unless she pleads "insanity" lol jk..) I don't know? I'm taking a shot in the dark.. I could be wrong.. but I hope if she does get laid off nicely.. that she calms down a bit.. It could be worse next time.

tell her to find a lawyer - she can lose her license easily for 100+.

I got a ticket for 102 on the 5 by Bakersfield/King County or whatever...out in the boonies...I'm currently paying off the $730, two points, and no traffic school.

Yeah, over 100 can be a crime or an infraction. Your friend DOES have to appear in court and probably should talk to an attorney before going to court.
