Exclamation Need your opinion (Which Cal State is good?)

hey guys..
I know it's a last min. thing but I was just wondering, and need to know,
which Cal States has good sociology major program
I'm thinking of

Cal State Northridge
Cal State Long Beach
Cal State Fullerton
Cal State Pomona

please let me know which one is the best because
I don't wanna apply for all 4 of them..
thinking of applying for at least 2..at the most 3..
thanks in advance guys..

FYI, I'm also applying for UCs..so wish me a luck! ;D

BOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRING!

GO AZTECS! Hahahaha my Alma Matter.

And who the F really looks at a State school for their Sociology program?

Apply to CalPoly if you are going to be an engineer after college. Apply to Sacramento State if you want to get into Criminal Justice, for Sociology . . . just pick one. Odds are, you'll change your major anyways.

My major was History by the way. I didn't know it, but SDSU had a much mroe comprehensive history program than a lot of other schools, UC's included. Guess what I did with my History degree? Nothing. Taught me a lot though, I can write and research well. I'd do it a gain too. But think about it, by the time you leave the CalState school and unless you are going into a field that specifically requires a sociology degree, no one will care what Liberal Arts degree you've earned.

But you're missing out on the whole college experience if you just want to get in and out. I assume you're looking to commute from home then. I understand if that's what you gotta do to survive, but I would strongly advise you to reconsider. Try SDSU, San Francisco State, Chico State, etc. Get out of the area you're in and go!

^thanks for sharing
I'll probably gonna change into psychology major but that's just a plan for now
I just need to get BA so that I can get into Optometrist Graduate School.
the graduate school is not really asking for specific major
as long as I finish all the pre-requisites which is mainly psychology or sociology major Im good to go
and I'll definitely like to commute from my house because
I've been away for the past 3 years..
1 year in SD, 2 years in Okinawa Japan, 1 year in Korea, now I'm back
in SD for another year and I'm out.
just want and need some break..but thanks..
I know what you mean!

CPP FTW! well...for engineering anywayz. I took a sociology class there once. I liked it a lot, but it was just one class so i don't really know how well the sociology program is at Cal Poly Pomona.

I went to CSUN and hated every minute. Also, wherever you go, my advice is to take all your classes on a couple days to minimize your trips to the campus...
