Need location to install H.I.D in Socal Cal.

My wife have an IS 250. She want to install a H.I.D kit. Anyone know a good place in Orange County, CA?

is it a plug and play hid kit or is she looking to do a projector retro fit?

i think its plug in and play cause is250 alread have projectors.

just do it yourself. it's not that hard. simple "plug and play." the only really hard part is finding a place to mount the ballast and mounting it.
