dude this sounds pretty tyte. I live in OC but man for sure I would love to come to a meet. I dont wanna join or anything but just to kick it and see the setups some of you have. Would that be cool to just spectate or no? THanks

Thanks Kamal. This is just a "feeler" meeting if you will. I am not just trying to recruit every single person who owns a G35 to come out so we can roll around in big groups....(although eventually that would be pretty cool). I just want to get together good people who share the same passions and goals when it comes to their cars and have a group that acts like a support system. For example, I just went to Fontana yesterday for the street legal drag races and I saw quite a few teams out there. They weren't necessarily in big groups but they all came together with pop up tents, tools, spare parts, food, and of course each other if there was a need for help. I also saw the other end of the spectrum where a guy was out there and blew his motor at the start and was calling everyone he knew for help while his car was getting loaded on the tow truck. In any case, I'm sure you guys are starting to get the point.

Truman, it was nice meeting you yesterday at CA Speedway... We didn’t see you again though after tech inspection - did you stick around? I thought you might come by the pit area where all the G and FXs were... Looks like there will be another gig in June, it will be posted.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to say thanks to all the people that showed up yesterday at Signal Hill in Long Beach. You guys are real troopers to come out on Easter Sunday to meet up with me and I just wanted you all to know how much I really appreciate your time and effort. The turn out was actually much better than I had expected.

In any case, I am very confident that we are going to get this off of the ground. I am currently in the process of putting together a club charter as well as contracts for all participating members. There will also be dues to be discussed as well as fund raisers and upcoming events that we would like to participate it. If you missed yesterday's meet, don't worry you will have a chance to come out and see what we are all about at our next meeting.

I am tentatively planning our next meeting for Sunday April 29th. I am open to a new meeting spot since it was brought to my attention that parking at Signal Hill is a bit limited. Please send me your suggestions and I will notify you either by post or email where the meeting will be by next Monday the 16th.

To all the people who showed up yesterday for our first meet and exchanged information with me, please shoot me a PM so that I know what your screen name is for G35Driver. I forgot to get that from you yesterday. Thanks for your support and hopefully I will have an opportunity to meet more of you at the next meeting!

I was all over the place that day! LOL There was just so much to look at and check out I was like a kid at a candy store!! I spent most of the day standing next to the light tree watching all those amazing cars jump of the line and some almost into the wall! Didn't you end up smokin Klubhead? Just kidding Vlad!

It was very nice to meet as you well. Sorry I missed you guys at the pits. After a little while my wife was getting a bit too cold, tired and hungry to hang out so I ended up leaving right before group 4 had a chance for their 2nd pass. For sure I will be ready to run at the next one! Come out to the next club meeting I'm throwing together on the Sunday, April 29th. It will be a great opportunity to meet some really good people!
