I would have love to run with you guys...I just felt a bit too intimidated with that 92 civic hatch back that passed 1/4 mile line at 146.5 mph with the parachute on it! LOL That was crazy!

You live in Southern Cali...you are close enough! I mean, if you were willing to cruise out the the races why not come out to our meetings? I am planning to approximately 2 meetings a month which will be determined once I get a head count of solid members.

The next meeting will be Sunday April 29th. I will announce the meeting spot in about a week. I would love to have it at Signal Hill in Long Beach again but I think we will have a parking issue there so I am currently searching for another venue. If anyone has any suggestions at all I would really appreciate it. Thanks everyone for the great feedback and support!
If you are trying to stay in LB, what about REcreation Park (7th & Ximeno) or El Dorado (between Studebaker-605, and Willow-Spring)... it's a littel farther south than Signal Hill but they are both big and have good parking.

The meeting does not necessarily have to be in LB. In all honesty I would like to see where everyone is comming from so that I make it easy for everyone to make it. But I know that El Dorado Park in Long Beach is a really nice place and has pretty good parking as well. The only thing is the park is so big what part would be easiest for everyone to meet at?
