Where's a good place for oil change?

I just moved to LA and living in the valley now (burbank/NoHo) and since I'm in an apt I can't change my oil anymore.. does anyone know a good place where they will actually take the covers off the bottom of the car and do a good job? Are the dealers down here good places to go who doesn't charge am arm to change your oil?

Millers Infiniti Dealership in Van Nuys I hear is ok. They charge like $35 for oil change.

You know of any good places in NoHo for rent? I want to move to somewhere around there.
