new drive belts? brake pads?

i am a complete newbie when it comes to technical/mechanical shyt like this. i can do oil changes, air filter changes, microfilter changes but this is just way too over and beyond for me..

any SoCal G drivers willing to lend a hand will be gladly reimbursed...

The brakes are easy check out the DIY section under technical in the forums. As for changing the belts thats a little much for me...lol
