Here are some pix of the rims the guy fixed.. the SF-Winning was fixed (curb rash) the GT-S was fully repolished - excuese the quality of pix via camera phone











Thanks for the advise on the bike.. he bought it used from a friend.. he got ONE HELL of a deal on it.. brakes are alright I'll check the rest of the stuff for him..

anyone know how to get the sprocket on? =P

Sprockets are easy, just need a chain tool and a rearstand. Can't do it properly without both of these (i.e. he could die if you do it wrong).

Lol, I dont' have a chain tool, unfortunately. I could still help out with the oil change and other general checks, if I make it out there Your buddy may have to wait a bit for new sprockets and chain...

BTW, how much did he get it for?

$5K with some maintenace parts (chain lube, jackets, stuff like that)

bikes never dropped.. its in very good shape.. everything works.. he needs some tires soon tho

That's an OK deal, nothing to write home about. Keep in mind it's a 5 yr.-old bike, has already been revised 3 times since then, and it cost under $10k new. If it's in good shape and the parts he got are expensive, then it could be a great deal.
