Fender Rolling Referral Information

I needed to get my fender rolled to fit some 295 series tires in the rear of my G35 in the San Diego / North County area and couldn't find anyone.

Considered getting it shaved from a reputable shop in Whittier, CA, but that's a 90 mile drive from where I live.

With a custom painted car, the fear of cracked paint was overwhelming. But after reading several posts and searching other forums, I found a guy with a good reputation.

He came out to my place and rolled my rear fenders. Work came out great. The passenger side has a slight dimple only because that was the panel that had to be cut and welded when I got into my accident several yrs back.

He's a member on the S2Ki forums and if you search, there has been a lot of satisfied folks using his service.

Isaac (aka: spunkysandoval)
spunkysandoval@yahoo.com

All he needs is an electrical outlet. You'll need to have some basic tools for him to remove the caliper and rotor so he can install the fender rolling tool onto the wheel hub.

Thumbs up

no...the dimple is a result of the seam weld. any more pressure on that part and it may create a crack in the weld.

hard to explain...but you'll notice it if you see it.

pdr prolly won't be able to fix it, but i might try to ask them if one comes out to a meet.

good to hear.

I'm glad I can help and i'm glad you are happy with the results.

Isaac is pretty good at rolling fenders. Good reputation on the S2Ki boards, and hopefully he'll find a good following from the G35 members

Ya, I did. He actually quoted me more $$ than what you posted, because he said BBK take more time. But, don't you have a Stoptech BBK as well?

yeah....hopefully it's not much more.

your rear BBK will need to be removed or else the fender tool doesn't go over the entire fender. basically, the caliper gets in the way.

he had to do it for my car. since he quoted me that price before he knew it, he stayed with that price.
