I just wanted to say hello to So Cal.. I finally stopped commuting from the Bay Area every week, and now officially living in the West Side area. Hope to see everyone around, if not locally, then at D1.

Also I am brand new to this area so where do you go to have "spirited" drives..

Westside that means your close to PCH so go to Topanga Canyon and start exploring the twisties. Just watchout for the popo's. You can also drive all the way up to Ventura on PCH that's always a cool drive. If you want to venture out further go to Angeles Crest fwy. Make sure you have a full tank of gas and make the drive early in the morning. Avoid all the traffic and well you know.

 

I'm over in the Playa/Marina area. So what direction is this Topanga Canyon?
Also is there any local weekly meets out there in my area perhaps. Thanks for the help.

Also watch out for the moto riders... I'm one of them, and would hate to get run over. BTW, where you coming from in the Yay Area? I'm from Belmont (if you know where that is...). Welcome.
