I hate ADP! Reynolds is the way to go, its F&I friendly and easy to use.

One more question......why do you want to be a service writer? That is a very stressful job I rather be doing what your doing now than be a SW. What system do you guys use over there ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds? If it's ADP how well do you know the software? Let me know I may have something for you as far as kick@$$ job. Having dealership experience with the ADP system is a big plus.
I use ADP here.. I'm the warranty adminstrator / booker flagger here.. No I dont want to be a SW o.o i was JK =) I know the software very well =P we use reflections tho so we dont have the new badass version 10.0 one. Our archieves are in Reynolds & Reynolds.. IMO its easyer in some parts cause you have macros =P but other then that I'd prefer ADP.. Microsoft is supposely making an OS for dealers o.o

Have you ever heard of the newer version of the ADP software? It's called ADP web suite you have to use the mouse more so not a lot of typing. Just click on a mouse and you're there. You can find history, future appointments, track parts as it's ordered, run reports with a click of a mouse. Reflections will be phaseout eventually not sure when but it will. Well it looks like your happy with your job let me know if want something else.

^ Yeah ADP 10.00 or something like that.. our dealer sent me to a damn 2 day class about that -__- its the same thing as the current ADP cept you can book mark.. I guess it'll be like..

If Reflection is Internet Explorer (before the new one)
The new ADP web suite is would be like Firefox

just have like quickies that u can go to.. and instead of sw, bk, etc.. you just directly enter pfc dsp etc..

IMO its better for managers =)

but yeah let me know when you want me to take care of your lights its a REALL quickie to change the mold and u can just have anyone do the HID kit after that.. takes like 10min o.o
