No dui or traffic violation crap, this is a big time lawsuit. I want someone good, thorough and someone who returns phone calls. I need someone cutthroat.
Please advise. Thanks.

well now that I have your attention:
I need a Civil Trial Attorney who's actually litigated in the courtroom and not just filed paper work. I intend to sue someone for breach of contract and fraud.
I'm looking for a referral, someone you guys know and has worked for you and you were satisfied. There are so many lawyers out there, I thought some people in the Driver community would know of one locally.
Thanks.

Again, what type of contract/fraud. If it has to do with property management / construction litigation, Epsten Grinnell & Howell is pretty good.

yep - need to know what type of case... If its property related (landlord/tenet dispute type thing) there are many free resources... if its business related you will need a good lawyer because most business have good legal on their side. I have a great resource for family law and many for traffic. Doesn't sound like your situation involves what I could refer.
Good luck.
Good luck.

There's blood in the water!! Get'em gamma!! I'll help gamma out here a little bit. It has to do with a business not delivering what they promised and blatantly being fraudulent with what they did deliver.

Oh...I think I know which business it is concerning. I'll ask the attorneys I work with...since I'm sure they have connections somehow..

yes, something vehicle related.
apologies for being vague, but when entering a lawsuit against someone that people know about, you don't come out and say, "Hey, I'm suing so and so for this and that! Can someone help me? Here's why . . ."
appreciate the input by the way. when all is said and done, everyone will know the facts.
