Question Need a shop to repolish my wheels.

My once smooth mirror finish polished lips now feel like sandpaper with spots. Any shop in the 626 area that will do this and roughly how much for all four?

Thanks.

you are sure they are polished, right?

have you tried clay barring them?

Yeah, they're RacingHart J5 Pro with polished lips. Listed as polished on their info sheet too. I haven't tried to clay bar yet because I'm afraid it will ruin the finish even more.

i would strongly recommend truwheel in hollywood. http://www.truwheel.com/

u can always just swing by there and check out some other rims they've repolished.. they looked very good to me.

there is also another place called custom wheel refinishing owned by andre and ralph.

6868 lankershim blvd, north hollywood 91605.

both shops are relatively close to each other so u can check out both in 1 day. I met the owners for custom wheel refinishing and they are very pleasant to deal with.. whereas truwheel sucked. But truwheel seems like they are more experienced.
