talk to heri! prices effect service advisors pay (sometimes, hour per labor) so if you go to another advisor you might get regular price.. make sure you ask for heri

Ya talk to Heri, I was there also this pas Saturday doing my 30K maintenance and other stuff. Great deals and Heri is a cool guy to talk with. He was amazed with my flip key fob. I will go back for any maintenace for now on.

Heri is the man...I got my 45K service there past weekend & also got a rental

 

i'm gonna have to go back for my 30k service. they washed my car but now i have scratches on my wheels. almost positive it was them. i have to take it back for tim to look at it. freaking work. so busy now.

 

Got my alignment done at west covina a few weeks back too. They also washed my car when I requested it not be. My wheels have white residue all over them, I haven't washed my car yet, but I'm hoping it's just some hard water residue.

 

WestCo didn't wash my car, as requested... I had previously been to Cerritos Infiniti for 2 TSB's, both times I requested no wash, and both times they started washing my car. The second time I had even printed and taped signs on my windows that said "DO NOT WASH MY CAR CERRITOS INFINITI", which they completely ignored.
